THE OXFORD COMPANY CLUB OPERATES ONLY IN GREECE

Oxford Company wishes to reward all its members. For this reason, the company has established a new redemption program. The reward system is based on the collection of points.

  1. For each 1€ purchases in products WITHOUT DISCOUNT from the Oxford Company stores, (e-shop included), you win 1 point. 1 €=1 point.
  2. For each 4€ purchases in products WITH DISCOUNT from the Oxford Company stores, (e-shop included), you win 1 point. 4€=1 point.

The stock outlets, as well as your e-shop purchases, are included in the 2nd aforementioned case, 4€ purchases = 1 point won.

• The redemption of points, shall apply to all items.
• Exception is the stock outlets, in which the redemption of points shall apply to all selling items.
• Collection and redemption of points shall apply throughout the year.
• The redemption of points through the e-shop shall not apply.

The procedure of Discount Redemption

By gathering 200 points, you obtain 10€ discount. In order to register your discount right and redeem your discount if you wish, you have to visit a store of Oxford Company participating in the program.

How do I check my points?

• From all Oxford Company stores, participating in the program
• From the website www.oxfordcompany.gr. You Sign in to your profile by selecting «OC Club» and then "My Account". You fill your password and card number. If you are not aware of your password, please contact us at the toll free consumer help line 800 100 50 50, Monday-Friday 8:30 to 16:30.

Is there anyone else who can use my privileges except me?

Oxford Company Club Card is personal. If, however, you wish to sum up your points to enjoy even greater privileges with a second member of your family or your companion, we do offer you this option. The second member should fill out the membership application form in any Oxford Company store participating in the program.

Another way to get his personal card as a 2nd member is the 1st member to issue his password and card number in the menu “MY PROFILE” of Oxford Company Club. He enters his profile and completes the relevant application form for the 2nd member. Thus, the second member will acquire by post his own card which will be linked with the first member's card.

Therefore, all purchases will be summed up in a single account and any of the two members will be able to redeem the respective privileges by showing his/her card. The first member's card may be disassociated from the second member only if one of them cancels one's membership of the program. In this case, the member cancelling his/her membership will lose any collected points and any respective privilege, which will be retained by the member still participating in the program.

GENERAL TERMS OF THE OXFORD COMPANY CLUB

• Only persons aged 18 years and over (adults) can participate in the program.
• The company may unilaterally modify any term of the privileges program including the manner in which points are calculated, together with the purchase reward level and, generally, the privileges offered to the member as a result of his/her participation in the program. Any such modification shall be disclosed to the cardholder by SMS or Email to his/her mobile phone or e-mail address, if available, in the database of Oxford Company Club. The company reserves all rights to terminate the privileges program at any time. In this case, the person participating in the privileges program shall receive a written notification thereof.
• If for any reason the company amends the terms of the program in whole or in part or ceases the privileges program, the participant can not raise any claim whatsoever against the company given that the cardholder hereby acknowledges that this is a privileges program provided at the company's discretion.
The card, number of points and privileges can under no circumstances be redeemed in cash or exchanged for money unless products are purchased from the stores.
• Each member has the right to terminate his/her participation in the program at any time following written notice to the Company which may be given by sending an email to the address occlub@oxfordcompany.gr. The date on which the Company will receive the statement of cancellation is set as the date of program membership cancellation.

I explicitly state that I would like to interrupt my participation in the Oxford Company Club program. I also declare that, during my application for registration, I was aware of and I accepted the included conditions, in which it is stated that, in case of interruption of my participation in the program, I will lose all my accumulated points and the corresponding privileges. With this application, I unconditionally restate the acceptance of the above condition and I declare that I do not have any claim or demand, of any nature, against the Company «OXFORD COMPANY SA» regarding my participation or the interruption of my participation in the program «Oxford Company Club».  

In case that I am a member affiliated with another member of the program, I state that, on my application for registration, I was aware of and I accepted the included condition, in which it is stated that, in case of interruption of my participation in the program, my accumulated points and any corresponding privileges will remain in favor of the member whose participation has not been interrupted. With this application, I unconditionally restate the acceptance of the above condition and I declare that I do not have any claim or demand, of any nature, against the Company «OXFORD COMPANY SA» regarding my participation or the interruption of my participation in the program «Oxford Company Club».

• Upon cancellation of membership, the member concerned shall automatically lose any collected points and any respective privileges. If the cancellation concerns one of the two members whose privileges are summed up, then any collected points and all relevant privileges shall be retained by the member whose membership has not been cancelled.
Points are collected and redeemed only upon presentation of the Oxford Company Club Card.
• The services and terms described in detail in the cards, brochure, Internet and, generally, all the promotional material are an integral part of the membership agreement.
By filling out and signing an application form, the applicant accepts all the terms of the program as established by the Company.
• The participant in the program should disclose to the company any change of his/her address or phone number or any other means of communication he has stated by phone or in writing. Until such a change is disclosed, all documents shall be notified in good time to the old address.
• These terms and any difference that may arise with respect to them and, generally, the company and the program's members shall be governed by the Greek Law and shall be settled by the competent courts of Thessaloniki.
• For any information, clarification, requirement or complaint regarding the program and its operation, members should call the toll-free consumer help line 800 100 50 50, (Monday-Friday 8:30-16:30).

The company would like to confirm that all personal data collected for the program's purposes shall be kept in a safe database with their personal nature safeguarded and they shall not be transferred to any natural or legal person with the exception of the cases where legal provisions so require. Such personal data shall be processed in whole or in part by the Company and in particular by its marketing department mainly for statistical, economic, advertising and other reasons related to the program's improvement. Members have the rights of access, information and raising objections, as such are stipulated by the relevant provisions of Law 2472/1997, as amended and in force.

TERMS OF THE OXFORD COMPANY CARD

• The member's card is and will remain in the property of the company which issues it and should get it back if so required.
• The member's card is strictly personal and its privileges are not transferable or assignable to any third party.
• It can be used solely by the cardholder in the Oxford Company stores participating in the program so that (s)he enjoys the benefits provided by the company.
• The member's card is not a credit or debit card. Upon presenting it, its holder can not carry out money transactions but can only enjoy privileges as established and disclosed by the company.
• The card can be used subject to the terms laid down in the membership application form, as such have been disclosed and accepted upon signing of the application.
• Loss or theft of the card should be reported to the company which, in this case, shall bear no liability whatsoever.
