Orders

By purchasing products via Oxford Company e-shop you are concluding a remote selling agreement which is regulated by the legal framework contained in Law 2251/1994 as amended.

You can order using our online ordering process.

When entering your order, you must have registered and set up your own 'MY ACCOUNT'.

You can do this by selecting the top right-hand menu, SIGN IN, REGISTER.

You must fill out all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*)

When you select the product category or collection menu you want to view, the products in that category or collection will appear on their home page. If you want to see all products in a category or collection on the same page, select the 'view all' option in the bottom right-hand section of the page.

By clicking on the product you are interested in, the product page will open which includes information such as a description, the fabric, composition, type of collar or cuff in the case of shirts, selling price and so on. The 'Price' field states the initial retail price, and maybe a second or a third lower price, in case of discount.

You can enlarge the image on the product page to get a better idea about the detailing of the product. Below the product image, other product pictures may appear, whilst in the bottom right-hand of the page there are small photographs of the specific item in other colors, when it is also available in other colors.

The same page will also show the sizes available and a size guide which will refer you to the sizes the company uses so that you can order the correct size.

Finally, there are options as "next product" or "previous product" which transfer you to the next or the previous product of the category you are looking at.

Ordering process – Steps

To add an item to your shopping bag you must select size.

In case you select a size and a message of non availability appears, means that you can not order the specific size.

Then click 'Add to my bag' to send the products you want to purchase in to 'MY BAG'.

If you want to continue shopping, repeat the same process and add other items to MY BAG.

Wish list

If you want to add products in your «wishlist» and not in the "bag", you create a potential shopping list. You can refer to this list any time you wish to proceed directly to ordering, or even share this list with your friends.

You can also delete items from MY BAG and change the number of items you want to buy.

Checkout

To move on to the next step, select CHECKOUT. This step provides certain useful pieces of information such as the item code, its detailed description, the size you selected, the initial retail price, any discount applicable, the unit price, the quantity and the amount incl. VAT payable for each item. Next to the code, there is a small photograph of the item you selected, which you can click on to go to the detailed product page.

During this stage you can change the quantity of each item you want to buy or delete an item from MY BAG.

Address

Click 'Next' to move on to the Address page. In this stage you will be asked to fill out the order delivery address. The address that you have provided when you registered appears as pre-selected. You can edit your main address, change it, or even "add a new address".

Oxford Company is not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Invoice Document

You can also select the type of record you want to be issued to accompany your order (retail receipt or invoice).

The next available field allows you to add some additional information or comments that might help with your order being executed.

By clicking 'Next' you will be taken to the next step of the ordering process, 'Delivery'. To submit your order you must check that you have been made aware of and expressly and unreservedly accepted the e-shop terms and conditions by clicking the 'I agree with the terms and conditions of use' box.

Shipping Costs

The charging policy for delivery costs is the following:

Greece
There are NO delivery costs for product orders worth € 50 or more. If your order is for less than € 50, you will be charged € 2. In case of “cash on delivery” payment, there is an additional cost of € 2.20.

For the rest of E.U. Countries
There are NO delivery costs for product orders worth € 120 or more. If your order is for less than € 120, you will be charged € 18.

We may vary the prices of our Delivery Services listed on our Web Store at any time, and without prior notice.

Delivery time

Delivery time is from 3 up to 10 working days since we confirm you via email, that we received your order.

The orders received until 12:00 am (Local time), will be processed on the same day. Beyond that time will be processed on the next day.

The orders received on Friday after 12:00 am (Local time), and throughout the weekend, will be processed on Monday.

All delivery times stated are working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Greece and your chosen shipping destination.

Delivery time can be increased during season sale, offers, holidays and emergency conditions.

 

Greece

The above delivery time of 3 up to 10 working days for the "remote" and "inaccessible" areas, increases in extra 1-2 working days.

Payment

The payment methods available are:
 1. Any debit or credit card VISA or MASTERCARD. The transaction will be managed by the Greek bank Eurobank. When you opt to pay by credit card, the amount corresponding to the value of your order will be blocked from your credit limit by your bank.

 2. PayPal (for all E.U. countries, except for Greece)
When choosing payment through PayPal you will be forwarded to PayPal webpage (secure online transaction system).The process of payment through PayPal is fully automated and is normally completed within a few minutes. During this process any personal information (including credit card number) is not stored in oxfordcompany.gr.

 3. Cash on Delivery. ONLY for orders that have delivering address in Greece.

Placing your order

In this stage start the acceptance, processing, and execution of your order as well as your information about the progress of it.

After an order submission, you will be informed via email about your order number, details of the products you have ordered, and any useful information related with your order. This email is an acknowledgement of order submission and not of order execution.

You can cancel your order by sending an email to eshop@oxfordcompany.gr, or by calling (+30) 2310 798090, (Monday to Friday, 08:30 -16:30).

Oxford Company cannot guarantee the availability of the products on display. However, it does undertake to inform users in good time if they are not available.

Specific examples of how an order might progress depending on the availability of products:

  1. The case where the entire order is accepted and executed
If the company checks stocks and finds that all items ordered are available, you will receive an email confirming that the order has been accepted.

If the balance available on your debit/credit card is above the value of the order, your card will be debited with the amount blocked when you placed your order.

When the products are being dispatched you will be informed about how the shipment is going. The courier firm's code for the shipment of your order will be sent to you so that you can use it as a reference code to monitor the progress of the shipment.

Your order will be with you within 5 working days from the date of acceptance. If there are delays for any reason, such as force majeure or transport problems, the courier firm will contact you.

Your purchase is complete when the products are delivered. The document, receipt or invoice will be provided along with the delivery.

  2. The case of partial acceptance of the order
If some of the items comprising your order are not available, you will receive an email telling you about which items can be shipped. If you do not contact us via email or telephone within the next working day, to tell us that you no longer want your modified order, we assume that you accept it and will be executed.

In this case we will return to you the amount difference between the initial order and the altered one, according to your way of payment.

If you do not want part of your order to be executed, but the total cancellation of it you must contact us via email or phone. Your initial order will be cancelled and the entire amount charged to your credit card or to your PayPal account will be returned.

  3. The case of total inability to accept the order
If your entire order cannot be executed due to lack of stock, we will send you notice of this by email. Your order will be cancelled and the amount blocked on your credit card will be released.

Tracking & Receiving of your order

Parcels not delivered will be returned to Oxford Company. If you need any information about order deliveries, send an email to eshop@oxfordcompany.gr or call (+30) 2310 789090 (08:30-16:30, Monday to Friday).

If you purchased items by credit card or PayPal, in order to safeguard the purchaser, the products will only be delivered to him who must accept the order in person, by presenting his original ID card or passport.

Orders may be delivered to a third party if that person has been authorised in writing by you, the purchaser. Even in the case of written authorisation, the proxy must present the said documents (ID card or passport) to complete deliver of the ordered products purchased by credit card.

If payment is made with COD, at the time of delivery you must have the exact amount in cash in order to pay for the delivery. Payment by cheque is not acceptable and couriers will not deliver the order to you in such cases.

Order deliveries in Greece

Oxford Company collaborates with the courier firm Speedex. Orders are delivered by Speedex from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Speedex will deliver your order within the times and days stated. If the delivery cannot be made on the first date because the recipient is absent, Speedex will place a sticker at a clear location at the entrance of your home and will also seek to deliver the parcel on the next working day. If again there is a failure on delivery, then Speedex will call you via phone or send an SMS.

If payment is made with COD, at the time of delivery you must have the exact amount in cash in order to pay for the delivery. Payment by cheque is not acceptable.

Order deliveries in the rest of E.U countries

Oxford Company collaborates with the courier firm FedEx. Orders are delivered by FedEx from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

FedEx will deliver your order within the times and days stated. If the delivery cannot be made on the first day because the recipient is absent, FedEx will place a sticker at a clear location at the entrance of your home and will also seek to deliver the parcel on the next working day. If again there is a failure on deliver then FedEx will try to contact you via phone, and will also send you an email.

Parcels not delivered will be returned to Oxford Company. If you need any information about order deliveries, send an email to eshop@oxfordcompany.gr or call (+30) 2310 789090 (09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday).

When you receive your parcel carefully check to confirm that items are in excellent condition. If you find any signs of damage during transport, send an email to eshop@oxfordcompany.gr, or call 2310 789090 between 08:30-16:30 Monday to Friday.
